Appointment Guidelines:

Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your scheduled service to facilitate check-in and preparation for your service.

Booking and Cancellation Policy for Premium Hair Services:

For the specified Premium Hair Services listed below, a consultation and a valid credit card are required at the time of booking. Any cancellations for these services made less than 12 hours before the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the full service price, which will be billed to the credit card on file. Failure to show up for the appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the full service price to the credit card on file.

Service Satisfaction:

In the event of dissatisfaction with a service, please contact us within 7 days of the original appointment to arrange for a service redo. Redo appointments must be scheduled within 2 weeks of the initial service appointment. Refunds will not be issued.

Cancellation Policy:

Understanding the need for appointment adjustments, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to show up for the appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the full service price to the credit card on file.

Late Arrival Policy:

While we strive to accommodate tardy clients, appointments may need to be rescheduled if you are more than 15 minutes late, ensuring punctuality for our following clients.

Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Pricing Structure:

Initial prices listed serve as starting points and may be subject to adjustment based on hair thickness and length.

Gratuity Etiquette:

Gratuity is appreciated but not obligatory. Cash is the preferred method, though gratuity can also be added to a credit card or submitted via Venmo.

Product Return Policy:

Unused to gently used products returned within 14 days of purchase will qualify for a full refund.

Client Belongings:

We regret that we cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage to personal items, including clothing and accessories. Kindly ensure the safekeeping of valuables during your appointment.

Children's Policy:

Children must be supervised throughout their visit. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
